OMG! This monstrocity was my laundry room!
Barely organized, crapola everywhere & yes, my cat does sleep with a flyswatter, why do you ask?
WOW!
Everything is in its place! I was able to organize all my laundry, cleaning, canning, sewing & pet stuff into bins that magically fit on the shelves. Not sure about the chicken curtain, but it was leftover fabric that fit because I hate looking at "stuff". I loved throwing out the trashbag that I filled of stuff that was either useless, broken or missing something. My absolute favorite part was getting rid of the beige! Its hard to tell but the new color is "Soft Candlelight", its like a butter yellow, just bright enough:)
Even the cat is impressed. She no longer has to sleep with a flyswatter!
Soooo much better!
And that is what I did while TX was shut down for a week with ice & snow.

Oh my gosh! Don't you just love it! It looks wonderful and I like the chickens :-) I'm eyeballing my laundry room next, but all of Caleigh's equipment likes to hit the walls in there so I may be waiting.
Here's to clean minds!
p.s. did you know that there is a whole slew of organizing blogs out there...very dangerous!
I love before's and after's like this. They leave ya with such a good feeling!! Nice job you did!!
Isn't that why God gives us ice & snow? ;)
Agreeing wholeheartedly with Holly and Kristen - good feelings come from a work like that! You did a beautiful job! I use curtains the same way in our home. Barbara
Great Job! I LOVE the chicken curtains and what a fabulous idea!
