Multi-tasking???

From the time we met, he was a pilot. Away a lot. Like 4 days on, 3 days off. It was his dream job. I accepted it as part of him and never complained that he was gone a lot. It would not make sense to, since it was all I knew.

At the time, I worked a lot too, from sun up to sun down, I had my "dream job". I was the manager of a large, fancy dressage training/boarding faciltiy in Montgomery Co., MD, about 35 minutes outside of DC. I had the comforts of country livin' yet D.C. was a short metro ride away. I started my own business venture. I was established and known. I had my own life. It was awesome!

Then I got pregnant, then we got married, then his ex wife decided she wanted more money & took him to court. Then he got furloughed, then the lawsuit ended, then he got another pilot job, then our first son was born, then I was fired 30 days after returning from maternity leave, then we moved half way across the country to TX. We packed 10 years of marriage into an 18 month span. 8 months of which we were married. Who the hell does that?

Making the long story short sure gives an interesting view! Don't be too hard on yourself.
